Carved from locally sourced white acacia branches using only hand tools, this beautiful wooden spoon can be used in the kitchen or hung on display. Each one-of-a-kind double-sided spoon is carved from green wood, then dried, hand sanded, and finished with walnut oil.

Size varies from piece to piece.

ABOUT THE MAKER

Damon Little is a baker, pastry chef, musician, hobbyist wood worker, and, since 2012, Headlands' Chef. His spoon carving has emerged from a lifelong love of whittling, a current obsession with traditional, pre-industrial woodworking techniques that use hand tools such as carving axes and knives, and a desire to make by hand some of the simple tools that a chef uses every day.
